The opportunity to decorate a plain box is appealing to some, and they probably don&#039;t look at the building as a whole, but most probably like the neighborhood so well that the building serves as a ticket to a larger venue. Moreover, it&#039;s an oddity, and most people are intrigued by novelty, at least for a while.
Stick this baby in El Paso and see how they like their &quot;habitation&quot;. It&#039;s the other stuff you wrote, though, that really gets the point across. This building and everything else he did is arrogant. It does NOT pay any respect whatsoever to the surroundings, nor the people who inhabit it. It only serves its creator&#039;s ego.</description>
